Q: What are your delivery times?

Answer: Our delivery times are generally from 2 to 5 business days from date of order which is dependent on numerous factors such as area, day of the week and product purchase quantity. We make use of multiple logistics agents such as Fastway Couriers and PostNet to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Q: What payment methods do you offer?

Answer: We currently support all popular credit card and debit card processing methods such as VISA and Mastercard supported by PayFast. We also process orders through direct bank deposit or EFT. We will be adding Mobicred to our list of payment methods soon which will allow our customers to purchase goods on credit!

Q: What is your return policy?

Answer: We understand that sometimes, our clients may purchase the incorrect item. We will accept any item or order as a return provided the product or products is/ are in its original packaging and seals have not been tempered with. Please note that return costs and re-packaging will be at the responsibility and liability of the customer. To return an item, please contact our service department @ customerservice@inkright.co.za

Q: How can I advertise on your website?

Answer: Our website contains specific areas and spaces which we offer to the community for commercial advert related services. You can advertise a helpful service such as swimming lessons, extra classes and more through our website.
